About City Land Bank:

The Euclid Land Reutilization Program (“City Land Bank”) is designed to acquire vacant land and occasionally vacant structures to market for redevelopment consistent with the adopted City Master Plan. Each parcel that comes into the City Land Bank is screened by the Land Bank Review Committee for its location, condition, and recommended strategy to ensure the best interests of the public and the future development plans are served by the disposition of City Land Bank parcels.
