Public Records Requests

 

The Public Records Law (Ohio Revised Code 149.43) generally requires every public office, including the City of Euclid, to prepare promptly public records and make them available for inspection at reasonable times during regular business hours. Upon request and within a reasonable amount of time, a public office must provide those records by email or printed copies (fees may apply to printed copies).

 


Note that under the Public Records Law requesters are not required to make a written request or reveal their identity.
