Chef Saidah Farrell, CEO of Marshmallow of the Month Club out of Shaker Heights oversees the success of The Commercial Kitchen. She has grown her business from her kitchen to currently exploring distribution in retail outlets. She’s a baking instructor and will be developing culinary skills classes to be conducted for the community.
