Current Job Opportunities:
Responsible for ensuring the completion of projects related to the efficient operation, repair and maintenance of all City of Euclid buildings, signals and public lands.
Assistant Director - Public Service
Responsible for assisting the Public Service Director in administration and supervision of the Public Service Departments.
Mechanic - Motor Maintenance Dept.
Responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining all gas/diesel engines used in the City of Euclid automobile/truck fleet and off-the-road equipment in operating condition.
Electrician - Public Buildings
Responsible for wiring City buildings and lands to provide electricity for power and lighting. Works under the immediate direction of the Superintendent of Building Maintenance.
Deputy Clerk - Euclid Municipal Court
The Deputy Clerk is responsible for filing, entering, maintaining, and scheduling civil/traffic/criminal actions filed with the Court; entering all filings, pleadings, and journal entries into the Court’s case management system, issuing warrants/service of summons/notices, processing of post-judgment remedies, accepting payments by phone or in person, answering telephone inquiries and providing window counter assistance to Court users and public.
Lifeguard - Seasonal - Recreation Dept.
Responsible for the safety and welfare of pool patrons through enforcement of policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of individuals using the pool.
Recreation Program Coordinator- Part-Time Social Worker
The social worker will be responsible for assessing client needs and assisting seniors with individual and group meetings designed to educate and assist with aging issues.
Building Inspector- Building and Housing
The Building Inspector is responsible for the inspection and the enforcement of the Ohio Building Code and Codified Ordinances of the City of Euclid.
