Department Services:

The Building and Housing Department is here to assist all residential and commercial owners with meeting the requirements of State Building and Local Property Maintenance Codes . We are here to protect the safety of the occupants of each structure by ensuring responsible maintenance is performed to address any life, safety issue. Property inspections are conducted as a result of a change of use or change of owner and also as a result of a submitted complaint. To access required Building and Housing applications, please access the Forms and Permits tab in the blue menu to the left. Most applications require compliance inspection(s).
