Sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders by the City of Euclid, 585 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio on or before Monday, June 10th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. for the Upland Sims Park in the City of Euclid, Ohio. Sealed bids will be opened and read publicly at the Board of Control Meeting at 4:00 p.m. on June 10th, 2024.

All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
