Update to Euclid City Council Goals – 2022-2023 By: Council President Charlene Mancuso

Euclid City Council recently completed the Update to Euclid City Council Goals for 2022-2023 document. There you will see some of the areas the Council has been addressing. While all goals initially described at the beginning of this 2022-2023 term may not be cited in this update, progress on all goals will once again be reviewed in the final 2022-2023 update that will be completed at end of the 2022-2023 term. Please know each goal is important to this Council and is being addressed.

When a City Council can work toward community-based priorities, making them goals to achieve, there will undoubtedly be cost savings, better resource allocation, more informed resident participation, and a more unified proactive commitment to issues that need to move forward. Many of the goals listed have quantitative measures put in place to focus us on our discussions and decision-making.

Any Goals realized by City Council require the coordination, collaboration and commitment of the Mayor, City Department Directors, and staff. When we work toward common goals, we can address and accomplish so much more for our community.
