The Municipal Beautification Program provides incentives to the private sector for improvements to the public right-of-way while, at the same time, working hand-in-hand with the Storefront Renovation Program and providing pedestrian amenities and a more pleasing pedestrian environment in Improvement Target Areas and low/mod services areas.
