Euclid's Lakeview Enterprise Campus Welcomes Regus Flexible Workspace

June 20, 2023

The new 12,000-square-foot Regus center will be located on the ninth floor of the Lakeview Enterprise Campus office building at 26250 Euclid Ave.

EUCLID, OH—The City of Euclid is proud to announce that International Workplace Group (IWG), the global leader in flexible workspace solutions, will soon be opening the city's largest flexible workplace. The new 12,000-square-foot Regus center, to be located on the ninth floor of the Lakeview Enterprise Campus office building at 26250 Euclid Ave, offers professionals the opportunity to work in a modern, fully-equipped office space that is tailored to their needs.

With over 3,300 locations in 1,200 cities worldwide, Regus is the world's largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, offering businesses of all sizes the space, support, and services they need to succeed. Workspaces like the ones offered at Regus offer small to medium-sized businesses access to low start-up costs and state-of-the-art technology enabling teams to collaborate better, and businesses to work more productively.

The new Regus center will offer a range of flexible workspace options, from private offices to coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions. With high-speed internet, high-quality furnishings, and state-of-the-art technology, this location is designed to help businesses thrive in today's fast-paced, ever-changing economy.

“The location is in a nine-story building with new updates daily,” said Wayne Berger, CEO of IWG Americas. “The building is currently being entirely remodeled and when completed will feature a café, a restaurant, a gym, as well as a salon — all inside the building. The location fills a gap in the Cleveland market, just 15 minutes northeast of the city and 15 minutes north of our Beachwood location along the Lake Erie lakeshore.”

“Following the sale of the building in late 2021, the city was encouraged by the new owners’ vision to revitalize this long-underutilized building into a modern, fully functional multi use facility,” said City of Euclid Economic Development Manager Callie Cripps. “We knew their plans were aspirational at the time, but they have been moving full steam ahead since day one.”

“This announcement comes less than 6 months after we facilitated Euclid’s first Commercial PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) at this location – that’s no coincidence” continued Cripps. “The plan to repurpose an acre of parking to house 1740 new solar panels has been catalytic not only to get some of the operational costs more stable and sustainable – but also clearly to attract tenants as well, which the owners have been doing at the rate of about 4 new leases a month. These older, antiquated buildings are tough to repurpose, often needing all the major upgrades and added amenities to be competitive, this building was no exception.”

“Our commitment to the Lakeview Enterprise Campus and the city itself is substantial, as evidenced by our significant investment, “explained Amanda Mayan, CEO of MAN Holdings, owner of the Lakeview Enterprise Campus. “Upon completion of the solar project, we will have invested millions of dollars into the improvement of this property.”

“The central location, quality of the buildings, and our emphasis on green energy and cost savings have already yielded positive results,” continued MAN Holdings Project Director Haim Mayan. “We have attracted a diverse range of new tenants from professionals to medical/dental practices to non-profits who have moved into the building in recent months, and we have an exciting pipeline of newcomers expected in the near future.”

“The reason these tenants choose us is because we firmly believe in creating an accessible and equitable working environment for businesses to either establish or expand their operations on our properties,” Mayan explained. “We understand that small businesses and startups form the foundation of economic growth, and we are thrilled to provide Lakeview Enterprise Campus as a hub for these new businesses and entrepreneurs to embark on their journey.”
