Employee Emergency Notification System Update

February 7, 2023

To fully benefit the employees of Euclid and provide the best safety options possible- employees’ phone numbers on record will be automatically added to our emergency system.

IMPORTANT!

EMPLOYEE EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM UPDATE

To All Employees:

As you are aware the Mayor’s Office has created a new Employee Emergency Notification system through Blackboard that sends text messages to employees with vital information in case of an emergency. Up until this point, it was felt that those who were interested could “opt in” to the emergency contact service.

However, to fully benefit the employees of Euclid and provide the best safety options possible- employees’ phone numbers on record with payroll will be automatically added to the emergency system.

Employees who are opposed to this may “opt out” by clicking here.

In the event of a safety incident or an emergency situation, all employees will be notified via text.

- Your personal cell number will only be used to deliver emergency information.

- Your personal cell number will not be shared with anyone or posted publicly.

- You will receive emergency calls and texts from our Blackboard Emergency system only.

If you have not updated your information in your employee file, now is a good time to do so by completing the form below:
