2023-2024 Charter Review Commission Members Appointed

The Charter Review Commission reviews the City Charter and makes recommendations to City Council. Charter members are appointed every 8 years.

Per the City of Euclid Charter, every eight years we are required to appoint a Charter Review Commission who reviews the Charter and makes recommendations to Euclid City Council of any suggested changes to the Charter. It is that time to seat another Charter Review Commission which will serve in 2023-2024.


On November 21, 2022, Euclid City Council appointed:

Evan Botzki

Mandy Gwirtz

Kandace Jones

David Overstreet. 


On December 7, 2022, Mayor Kirsten Holzheimer Gail appointed:

Paul Dietrich

Geoff Englebrecht

Maria Ericksen

Emily Holody

Dwyane Lee


The Commission will meet starting January 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. will thereafter meet once a month on the second Thursday of the month. The Commission will meet for no longer than 2 years or until the Commission determines their review of the Charter is complete. The Mayor and Euclid City Council thank these individuals for their willingness to serve on the Euclid Charter Review Commission.
