Three coordinated workforce program services are offered at their Downtown Cleveland training center with a strong emphasis the customer service industry. 

• Computer-based Customer Service Training, which teaches necessary computer skills for related work, and provides financial literacy coursework. 
• Job Readiness, which provides job seekers necessary tools for competing in the job market, such as essential interview skills and resume preparation.
• Job Placement, which is a face-to-face counseling session for unemployed or underemployed individuals enrolled in CEOGC programs
