Request for Proposals - Crosswalk and Sidewalk Improvements
Proposals for this improvements project are being accepted though 2pm on Friday, June 6th, 2025.
The City of Euclid’s Division of Community Development, through the Department of Planning and Development, is requesting proposals from qualifying and appropriate cement contractors for replacement
of 20 existing pedestrian crosswalk aprons with new ADA-accessible pedestrian crosswalk aprons within two
target area neighborhoods in Euclid.
Additionally, the City of Euclid is seeking to improve sidewalk access by adding eight (8) sidewalk blocks on a residential street in an income qualifying neighborhood, and to replace and improve 15 additional sidewalk blocks in the direct vicinity of one of Euclid’s business districts.
Funding and support for this project will be from the City of Euclid’s annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies, through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD), and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts will be required.
Proposals will be accepted by Department of Planning and Development no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, June 6th 2025.
